WORST HOA in history. All they do is need money. I’d definitely warn people that you can’t do anything at your own home they basically own it. But if you do just get ready to have a stack of cash to give them. BE WARNED. This place really is awful. I have so much regret living here.

I had the pleasure of hosting a paint class at Las Sendas, and everything about the experience was wonderful. Christal and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful. It’s a fantastic community with a great team behind it!

I attended the Las Sendas Quilt Show a couple weeks ago - what talent! My favorite quilt was about farms (I grew up on a small dairy farm in lower Michigan), some photos attached:

Have lived here for 19+ years and love it. Excited to have Denise, our new community activities director, planning fun activities for the adults!

I love living here! The HOA is relaxed and not like most others. The golf course, club house, and amenities are great. The maintenance and care they take overall is phenomenal. I wish the playgrounds were more geared towards the younger kids with slides, etc. Secondly the main road in the community is like a drag strip. Other than that it is a great place to raise kids and so far has been a very safe area.
